ThirdShift R&D is an independent studio — one lifelong industrial tradesman, years of field work behind him, building at night what the day job proved was missing. We watched good tools turn into subscriptions, good companies hollow out after acquisitions, and good data walk out the building inside other people's clouds. At some point the fix stopped being a complaint and became a workbench.
What comes off that workbench: Boone on CampOS, a complete business box you own outright — and MIAI, its industrial sibling. Plus the build guides, because everything we solve on the way gets written down, errors verbatim and numbers measured.
For now the founder still works his day trade, and the studio runs at night. When it becomes the day job, his name goes here.
